Three bikes, one mini touring ride — wrapping up our Port Dickson run before heading back to Singapore.

We ended the day with the Triple Threat Platter — three of us, three riders, fresh from the long ride back from Port Dickson towards Singapore.

This wasn’t just dinner.

It was the closing ceremony of our completed mini touring escape.

The brisket came with that proper smoky bark, the pulled lamb was rich and juicy, and the sausages had that satisfying snap on every bite. Add mashed potatoes, slaw and mac & cheese into the mix — and the table went quiet real fast.

After hours on the road — heat, wind, engine vibration, random pit stops — this was exactly what we needed.

Solid food.
No drama.
Just smoke, meat and good company.

Some rides end at petrol stations.

Ours ended here.
